The app Yumi’s room Pricing Contact

iPhone app

A presence
for anxious moments.

A small creature living in your iPhone. Breathing, grounding, talking, colouring, playing, listening, falling asleep: it’s all there.

Coming soon to the App Store

Yumi’s home screen: the creature in the room, and the way into the day’s
                    exercises.
Yumi, a small creature with pink and violet fur, sitting.

Yumi is right beside you. Rest your hand to feel the heartbeat

No account. No ads. Not even an email address to give.

Anxiety keeps
no office hours.

It gives no notice, and it doesn’t wait for a convenient moment. Neither does Yumi.

The knot in your stomach before you’ve even opened your eyes. One breath, lying down, before a foot touches the floor.

The message you daren’t send, the meeting coming up. 5-4-3-2-1 grounding fits in three minutes and nobody notices.

The afternoon dip, patience wearing thin. A sound in your ears, or ten strokes of colour.

Everything is off, and the thoughts keep circling. Rest your hand on Yumi: the heartbeat runs under your palm, slows down — and yours follows.

Aurora

The room lives
with the year

Daylight rises and falls with yours. And through the year the room changes on its own: the seasons, and the celebrations passing by.

Summer, and the rest of the year

The six breathing rhythms. 5-4-3-2-1 grounding.

The anti-stress
space

The physiological sigh to come down within a minute. Cardiac coherence when you have to hold out for an hour. 4-7-8 for the night. The app offers one to suit the hour; you decide nothing.

And when breathing isn’t enough, grounding has you count five things you can see, four you can touch, down to one you can taste. Three minutes, eyes open, on the bus if need be — nobody notices a thing.

The firefly, two worlds hidden in the night. The pebbles to stack at sunset.

Two very
quiet games

The firefly answers your finger: the more it shakes, the less light you get. You can’t cheat it, you can only slow down — and the light reaches further on its own.

The pebbles expect nothing. They fall, you start again, nobody counts the attempts.

The private notebook, closed with a padlock. The journal: the week, the moods, the streak.

A notebook
that’s only yours

One page a day, turned with your finger like a real notebook. What you write there never leaves your iPhone: we hold no copy, and we could not give it back to you if you lost it. That is the price of a secret that really is one.

The journal asks you to write nothing. It keeps what you’ve put down over the days and hands it back by week or by month — no reminders, and no reproach if you skip three weeks.

Yumi grows

Every day spent together makes Yumi grow. At thirty days, then at a hundred, Yumi changes.

Yumi today, small.

Today

30 days

100 days

What Yumi becomes, you’ll find out then. Not before, and not here.

What stays with you

Your notebook, your journal and your colourings are saved on your iPhone only. No account to create, no advertising, no reselling, no trackers.

What leaves your phone is the messages you choose to send in the conversation, and the little context that comes with them so Yumi answers you well: your first name, your mood today, what weighs on you. Nothing else, and nothing is kept.

What Yumi is not

Yumi keeps you company; Yumi does not treat. No diagnosis, no treatment, and in no way a replacement for a doctor or a psychologist.

If you’re in distress, the app shows the helpline for your country — thirty-two are covered. In the US and Canada, 988 answers 24/7, free of charge.

Slow breathing is one of the best-documented techniques for anxiety (Fincham, Strauss, Montero-Marin & Cavanagh, Scientific Reports, 2023). That research is about the technique, not about this application.

One subscription,
everything included

No add-ons, no higher plan, no coins to buy: everything is included. And seven days free to see whether Yumi suits you.

Everything goes through the App Store: cancellable in two taps in your Settings, at any time. Prices may vary by country. 5-4-3-2-1 grounding stays free for life, subscription or not.
